Are you feeling anxious and uncertain about your future and our future together? Come and experience mindfulness meditation, a powerful way to refocus your energy on cultivating inner peace. Through this practice, we can rediscover the beauty of life and become the change we want to see in the world. And when we practice together, the peaceful calming energy is greatly amplified.
The meditations are from the book “Moments of Mindfulness” by Thich Nhat Hanh, Zen Buddhist and world-renowned peace activist. Local musician and peace ambassador Iris Moon will lead the inspiring messages using simple melodies to magnify the sound vibration of peace.
The sessions are FREE and no meditation experience is necessary. You can drop in on any Monday and attend the weekly sessions as desired. A donation box will be available for donations to Wellspring School for their generosity.
This is a safe, supportive and respectful environment for adults to come and feel at ease. Please park on the street and not in the plaza. Bring a mat or cushion for your seat in the beautiful Wellspring space (stair access only to 2nd floor).
